The winner of Miss Peru 2010 (Miss Peru Universe 2010) will go to the Miss Universe Pageant and Miss Continente Americano, the 1st runner up (Miss Peru World 2010) will go to the Miss World Pageant and Miss Hispanoamericana, and the 2nd runner up will go to the Miss Tourism Queen International Pageant and Miss Atlantico.
